Stand up for your rights
The
Planning Bill has been published and your views are more important than
ever. The legislation still has to be considered and passed by the Scottish
Parliament.
It is vital that MSPs realize the weight of public support for planning
reforms such as third party right of appeal and public enquiries into
future national plans.
The more people say they want real rights as part of an overhaul to the whole system – not as a bolt on to the existing system – the more chance there is of it happening.
